Private Jet Services Group (PJS) is one of the nation’s largest private aviation consulting firms.

The Logistical Event Coordinator position requires me to manage multiple projects and travel details for professional sports teams and various VIP clientele. Majority of my duties include:

  • Develop and execute all scheduling and travel requirements for clientele
  • Coordinate and organize flight schedules and passenger manifests
  • Manage flight crews ranging from 4 to 8 people
  • Create menus for catering on and off of the aircraft
  • Coordinate and organize ground transportation for the clientele and crew
  • Manage a internal team of 2-6 employees
  • Determine and communicate proper SOP
  • Coordinated more than 200 private charters to-date
  • Establish relationships with ground staff, crews and vendors
  • Develop communication SOP within operations department
  • Manage a yearly budget for all flights
  • Organize accounts payable and receivables for multiple clientele
  • Evaluate all details pre-flight to determine strategies and goals
  • Scout new travel airport locations prior to clientele flight
  • Extensive travel throughout the USA, Canada and Europe

A few of my major accomplishments while at PJS include:

  • 2011 – Coordinated travel for 3 pre-season NHL games in Germany and Finland. Arranged security screening, customs procedures, ground transportation and crew hotel accommodations in each country. Managed the multiple airline crews, organized airline schedules, tracked aircraft progress and locations, generated catering menus and traveled with the team to successfully execute all details.
  • 2013 – Organizing flight, catering, security and customs details and procedures for a musical group’s South American tour. Developing relationship with vendors and ground handlers in more than 8 countries to ensure a simple and organized transition from location to location.
  • 2013 – Wrote operational training manual for all flight specialist coordinators and trained new employees on SOP

Founder

  • PortRyde, a cycling studio situated in downtown Portsmouth, NH, was established with a commitment to promoting a healthy, positive, and active lifestyle. Our vibrant community of students inspired and supported each other in achieving their fitness objectives.

    We commenced our journey in September 2014 with a modest fleet of 12 bikes. Over time, we expanded significantly, growing from 4 to 12 instructors and offering up to 22 weekly classes. Throughout our inaugural year, our membership flourished, boasting over 250 dedicated members.

    As the founder, my responsibilities encompassed a wide array of tasks, including:

      • Recruiting and training instructors to maintain quality instruction.
      • Overseeing the management of our online schedule and digital presence.
      • Spearheading marketing and advertising efforts to attract new members.
      • Conceptualizing and executing engaging events to enrich the studio experience.
      • Strategizing and managing budgetary allocations.
      • Handling logistical aspects such as space management and equipment maintenance.
      • Orchestrating day-to-day operations, including addressing student inquiries, studio upkeep, and website maintenance.

    In essence, my role involved multifaceted leadership to ensure the seamless functioning and continual growth of PortRyde.

I Eat Locally

Founder

ieatlocally.com was a platform dedicated to dining deals, featuring numerous restaurants across NH, MA, and ME. Beyond offering exclusive deals, we functioned as a robust marketing program for restaurants, serving as a trusted partner for many businesses and generating additional income for our independent consultants. Our initiative aimed to support local communities by encouraging residents to dine locally, complemented by a monthly donation of 20% to 30% to locally-based charitable organizations.

Following four successful years and the participation of over 30 restaurants across NH, ME, and MA, I Eat Locally underwent acquisition by a New Hampshire-based investor.

In charge of event coordination and client communication, my role encompassed a range of tasks, including:

  • Planning menus to suit the occasion.
  • Securing musicians/entertainment for events.
  • Arranging decor to enhance the ambiance.
  • Managing vendor orders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Recruiting and overseeing event staff.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with staff to review event performance and identify areas for improvement.

City Puppies

Founder

A publishing venture was born from the belief that every dog owner would cherish a personalized book celebrating their beloved pet. This involved organizing local events, photographing over 75 dogs alongside their owners, crafting individual pet biographies, and ultimately compiling these stories into a published book featuring all the dogs from the event. Furthermore, we expanded our offerings to include various merchandise such as apparel, mouse pads, coffee mugs, greeting cards, and portfolios showcasing individual dogs.

After four successful years and the release of four City Puppies editions: Portsmouth (NH), Seacoast (NH), Newburyport (MA), Oceanside (NH), the company caught the attention of a Boston-based investor and was subsequently acquired.
